All of the customers at our Younge and Adelaide Mammas Pizza Restaurant love the pizza and other delicious Italian items served there. That includes the delicious salads that are always made fresh. This food is good for you in a number of ways, including it’s a good source of both folic acid and vitamin C.

Mamma’s Salad
If you like garlic croutons, shredded cheese, and sliced egg, this is the order for you. Not only is this food enjoyable, it can also help you to lose weight. The vegetables and fruit and all of our salads contain water and fibre. Those are both good ingredients for a low-calorie diet when you are trying to lose a few extra pounds.
Mediterranean Salad
If you’re looking for something a little different, try this one. The romaine lettuce and tomatoes are an excellent base for the feta cheese, green peppers, and red onions that sit on top. The Caesar salad is tasty and good for you at the same time. Plus, any of the options on our salad menu are excellent additions to the other food. The Caesar salad goes very well with a spicy vegan pizza from our specialty pizza menu.
They work well together, and the fresh dressing in the salad complements the tomato sauce and vegan pepper jack cheese on the pizza.
Chef’s Salad
This is another excellent choice that goes well with other items on our menu. The red onions and leaf lettuce that are used in the chef’s salad are always memorable.
